Basque Cultural Day 2023: SPEAKERS EVENT

If you have never experienced one of our BCDs, it is typically an afternoon with a series of presentations on a select topic decided by the BEO. The day begins at 1:00 p.m., concludes around 5:00 p.m., then there’s an aperitif hour and finally dinner.
