Basque Cultural Day is a biennial event, hosted in San Francisco, CA. This year our theme is “Basque Footprints in California”. Following is our schedule of events… and make sure to let us know you’re coming (keep scrolling down…):


1:00 p.m. |  Early Basque Presence in Southern California, presented by Marianna Etcheverria, Jeanette Bidart, and Mitch Gariador.

2:00 p.m. |  Early Basque Presence in Central California, presented by Steven Gamboa, Steve Bass, and Janet Barreneche; artwork by Pat Fernandez.

3:15 p.m. |  Early Basque Presence in Northern California, presented by Nancy Zubiri.

4:15 p.m. |  The Greatest Generation: Bay Area Basques in WWII, presented by Pedro Oiarzabal.

6:00 p.m. |  Aperitif

7:00 p.m. |  Dinner and entertainment, cost of dinner $50 / adult, $15 / child 12 years and younger – make reservations below.
